What you share
The contact form asks for your name, email address and message.
The survey requires your business name, your name and role, and email address. The other questions are optional. They ask about your business, team, tools, priorities, workflows, current use of AI and what you want help with.
Please describe the work, not individual customers. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or personal or health records through these forms. The question about sensitive data asks what kinds your business handles, not for the data itself.
How it is used
I use your message or survey answers to understand what you need, reply to you and prepare for a conversation about whether my services are a fit. I also use AI tools to help review inquiry answers and prepare that work. This means information you submit may be shared with the providers of those tools and processed under their terms and privacy policies.
I do not sell inquiry information or use it for marketing. Submitting a form does not book a service or sign you up for one.
Where it goes
The site and forms run on Cloudflare. Submissions are saved in my Notion workspace and sent to my business email through Google. Cloudflare temporarily holds submission details in delivery queues while those emails are processed or checked. These providers process information to run those services.
The form itself does not send your answers to an AI model. AI tools may be used after the inquiry arrives, as described above.
Site traffic and cookies
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits and website performance. Cloudflare says this service does not use cookies or track individual visitors across websites. Cloudflare also processes technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the site. Request logs are enabled. Cloudflare may use cookies or similar technology for security. The site does not use advertising trackers.
How long information is kept
I keep inquiries that don't become client engagements for up to 12 months after our last contact, then remove them from my Notion records and business email. Records that need to be kept to meet a legal obligation or handle a dispute may be kept longer.
This rule covers the copies in my Notion workspace and business email. Service providers may retain technical logs, backups or information processed by AI tools under their own retention rules. Records for paid client work are handled separately from unconverted inquiries.
